Read the Terms & ConditionsWhen a visitor answers your cookie banner we record their decision so you can evidence it later. Each record carries a consent ID, the banner version in force at the time, a timestamp, and the per-category choices. Records are kept for the retention window attached to your plan and are then deleted automatically.
For the consent records collected through your banner, you are the data controller and we act as your processor. For your own account and billing data, we are the controller. Requests from your website visitors should be raised with you first; we will support you in fulfilling them.
If one of your visitors asks you to delete their consent record, open a support ticket from your dashboard with the consent ID. Our staff can remove a single record or wipe every record for your account, and each action is written to an audit log.
